Keeping it Local

Bleu Bite Catering is devoted to supporting our local economy. We buy local produce, meats, and goods. In addition to “keeping it local” we purchase the purest quality proteins including free-range and hormone free beef and chicken, and all our seafood is approved by Seafood Watch.

Eco-Friendly

At Bleu Bite Catering we are determined to minimize our environmental impact. To this end, we compost all our kitchen waste and we recycle all plastic, cans, paper, cardboard, and glass. In addition we use cups and utensils made from a U.S. grown corn based product that looks and feels like regular plastic but is biodegradable, compostable, and comes from a renewable source. The plates are made from 100% renewable sugarcane fibers. The napkins are made from 100% recycled content. All are biodegradable.  Bleu Bite Catering is also a member of Blue Sky renewable energy.
