Planning Assistance: Planning services, venue review plan, event details and staff scheduling and event timeline. All details of rental coordination from planning and ordering to delivery and pickup.

Event Site Plan: Meeting at the venue to ‘walk-through” location, discuss ideas, event layout, and review kitchen details.

Menu Tasting: Our Chef will prepare a tasting of 5-6 dishes (your choice!), here at our kitchen, for you to enjoy.

24/7 Availability: Questions, comments and concerns responded to in a timely fashion via email or phone. A direct access line to staff “after hours” also provided.

Bride and Groom Plates To Go: After hours enjoyment!  Plates will be prepared for the bride and groom to snack on later.

Buffet Table Set Up: We pride ourselves on our artistic and creative buffet presentations. We provide the tables and cover them with white linens and we add décor utilizing your colors and style.  Risers are used to add interest.

Coffee Service: Strictly Organic regular coffee, sugars, creamers, stirrers, and paper cups are provided.

Beverage Service: When a bartender is being supplied we will provide Fresh Minted Lemonade, Gingerberry Spritzer or Spiced Ice Tea presented in large beverage containers with floating fruit.

Cake Cutting Service: Our servers will cut the cake and serve your guests.

Celebratory Toast: Our servers will open bottles, pour and serve beverages to your guests.

Signature Pieces: Creative accents to incorporate into the event as signature items – ideas discussed and arranged to personalize your day.
