Pre Party Set- Up – $200 approximately: Our Crew will set up all rentals prior to the guest arrival. Including but not limited to tables, ceremony chairs, linens, place settings, décor, favors, center pieces, etc.
- Post Party Clean-Up –$300 late night (after 10:00 p.m) or $200 next day a.m: Late Night clean up or next day clean up can be provided. Our Crew will breakdown tables and chairs, properly sort rentals and ensure return to vendor. We depart when the venue cleaning requirements have been completed. Venue will be left in stellar condition.
- Refreshment Station – $150 (service for 100): Three Signature Drinks for all ages created for you, presented in our over-sized beverage containers, with coordinating signage, fresh and modern table décor, 6’ table with table skirting. Servers will replenish and maintain this area.
- Bar Deluxe - $225: Includes a 10×10 lighted tent with fabric drapes, 2 8 ‘ tables, white table skirting and a framed beverage menu. A unique signature cocktail can be created if desired. Bartender required. *Add Lounge Furniture for $350!
- Gourmet Coffee Bar – $150 (service for 50): Strictly Organic Coffee, accoutrements, flavored syrups and cordials, assorted chocolates, Be Bop Biscottis along with table, linen, paper coffee cups and napkins. *Add a barista and espresso machine for $250!
- Ice Charge – $5 per 20lb bag: We will purchase the proper amount of ice for the bar and coordinate delivery.
- Beverage Procurement and Storage – 10% over purchase cost: We can purchase beer, wine or liquor for your event. We store it at our location and deliver it to the event.
- Garbage Removal – $25: If no disposal area on site, we will remove trash to Knott’s Landfill and recycling to appropriate center.
- Liability Insurance- $100: At certain venues you may be required to provide additional Liability Insurance- we can name the venue as a second insured on our policy
